Thanks for our clients to encourage our efforts to create the most easily customizable collaboration software for companies ranging from start-ups to enterprise level.

Team TaskTrek is proud to announce support for n level of hierarchy, something that account managers can easily map to the existing user structure in the organization. This new release opens up a world of opportunities on how you can use TaskTrek to bring in accountability and clarity in your team with only one application that can bring all other assisting applications together on one platform, reducing the need to use multiple channels of communication and bring everything together.

Shall be posting screenshots very soon, however here is the list of new things that went live in last month:

Web Edition:

  • Support to create same user structure as exists in your company.
  • Ability to assign/track work from top to bottom.
  • Multiple views for task list, including a new Calendar and a Grid view.
  • Ability to check your team schedule and then allocate work accordingly.
  • Performance improvements throughout the application, most importantly on the task listing pages.

Mobile Edition:

  • Access and manage your favorites from mobile devices.
  • Further optimization to the mobile version to support even larger number of devices.

What to expect in next coming month:

  • Ability to create recurring tasks i.e. if there are tasks which happen repeatedly at a fixed frequency, no need to create them again and again. Just set the basic options and TaskTrek will keep creating the new tasks for you.
  • Enterprise Wiki, with user editable content, option to attach documents with articles and record a change history.
  • New report: Client efforts report. Which will give details of hours reported by team members for all work done client wise.

Keep checking in this section to see what happening new on TaskTrek.
