We have introduced another new feature on TaskTrek, which gives managers the option to approve and freeze timesheets for tasks. Below are the screenshots of the application with the new feature and how it works.

1. Managers get notifications when a Task is marked as complete by people working on a given task. This happens when they log hours against a task and select "100%" complete from the Percent complete dropdown.
2. Manager will then be able to click on "Edit" against a Task and "check" the small checkbox right below the Task description. Which says "Freeze timesheet for this Task".
3. Once this is done, no more changes to the timesheets will be allowed for that Task.
