Documentversioning

Document versioning

Track all versions of the same document in one place with comments alongside. Very useful when there are too many exchanges on a single task or document.

 

Email alerts

You will receive notifications on e-mail regarding any updates related to your activities. Up to 3 e-mail IDs can be configured where you wish to receive these alerts. There is an option to drop attachments if you wish or select the mail size.

 

 

Chat & MOMs*

You can share information through an in-built messenger. This feature will allow you to record minutes of the meeting as you chat along. Instead, of having to go through the entire chat log to trace the key points post the chat is over.

 

Timesheets

You can log hours on the timesheet provided in TaskTrek system only a few clicks away. It is a very simple & easy to use feature to track team performance, activity performance for bringing in accountability.

 

 

Reports

You can access details about time spent by users or by activityand export to excel & PDF format. A basic design has been structured and it is open to changes basis your requirements.

 

Shared calendars*

Your mini organizer or assistant for information related to appointments. View, save, and remind, edit & update are some basic functions linked to the calendar provided in TaskTrek.

 

 

 

Standard folders

It is a consistent arrangement of all folders and sub folders for any activity as desired by you. Fret no more if your team member is not available or quits, all files will be easy to locate with this feature available on TaskTrek

 

Comments/Notes section

You can share or comment on a particular document, or anything related to a particular activity. These comments will appear trail like to avoid any confusion and bring in clarity in work. Replace chain mails or scattered mails to a far simple way of communication.

 

 

Questions section

You can post a question for your team or client and seek reply. Depending on the nature of the question, it can be addressed to single, all or select users on the system or related to an activity.  

Secure document storage

All your documents are safe with us. You can access them anywhere and anytime. You can upgrade the storage space as and when required in multiples of 5 gb. All documents are in one section to avoid spending time on locating them.

You can now search for information using keywords within seconds. Any information stored in the system. It works like magic.
